surprisingly spacious room

clear communication friendly staff cute atmosphere

the communication from the hotel was clear with emails about ongoing refurbishments. the staff were cute and friendly. i felt especially welcome at the pub quiz led by gemma, the bar manager.

the rooms were not very clean. the carpet had an unpleasant smell and dust covered the tv table. the bathroom was small.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Gemma, the bar manager. the receptionist jeeva was very accommodating. she assisted us with my suitcase all the way to our room.

The family room was surprisingly large. It had nice views and a comfy bed. the room was clean. It also functioned well, but, the bathroom is small to fit anyone, though it included a big bathroom.

Satisfactory Stay for a Quick Stop

clean room great value leisure facilities bunk bed

I visited to access the monkey forest. It really served that purpose well. The room was clean, and i thought the value for money was great. the leisure facilities were a bonus. My kids really enjoyed the bunk bed in our family room.

The hotel looked somewhat run-down. It definitely needs modernizing and some money spent on it.

Our family room included a bunk bed, which my children appreciated. The room was adequately cleaned, important. The rooms are good and away from the main hotel, so they are quieter.
